Ramón was the first employee of RUBI Railtec and is now the managing director of RBDE Digital Engineering, a subsidiary of the RUBI Group. In the course of his career, Ramón has specialised in the field of digitalisation. He supports his clients in implementing the BIM methodology as part of the company or project culture and in developing processes and data models. In doing so, he is constantly faced with the challenge of ideally launching the competences and qualities of his multi-faceted employees, as well as managing and coordinating them.
