Project audit Zumikon tunnel

From 2022 to 2024, Forchbahn AG will renovate the Zumikon tunnel between Waltikon and Neue Forch, which was built in the 1970s. RUBI Railtec was contracted to audit the project on the basis of existing project data, including project changes and decisions. From December 2019 to April 2022, we analyzed the project documents (a total of around 26,000 documents) using a specially developed tool.

We were able to show how the project decisions and changes, orders and requirements affected the project and what insights and need for action can be drawn from them—not only for this project, but for the entire portfolio of Forchbahn AG.
