Luzern through station

Lucerne's through station and its access routes will enable a quantum leap in public transport in Central Switzerland. With the four-track underground station, numerous lines in long-distance and regional transport can be linked to form through lines. Passengers will benefit from new connections, more trains and shorter journey times; SBB will save on operating costs. RUBI Bahntechnik is part of the generation project as specialist project manager for ballastless tracks. We are developing the basis for planning and tendering of tracks in the station and on the underground access routes.
